Wireless Giant is a U.S. wireless distributor and retailer with more than 90 retail phone concepts that needed an eCommerce solution to support both B2C and B2B channels and to automate online selling through integration with Microsoft Dynamics™ GP. They selected k-ecommerce to address those requirements and deliver a unified, scalable storefront experience.
k-ecommerce implemented a secure, self-service B2B portal with unique pricing and catalogs per dealer account, plus a responsive B2C site that matched Wireless Giant’s desired design. Integration with Microsoft Dynamics™ GP keeps inventory accurate and pushes online orders back into GP within about 30 seconds, enabling quicker fulfillment; together these changes produced an automated B2B ordering workflow, real-time stock accuracy, faster order processing, and a cohesive consumer experience—all delivered on k-ecommerce’s PCI-certified cloud.
