Toolway Industries, a Canadian B2B supplier of hardware, tools and home & garden accessories using SAP Business One, faced a failing web-to-ERP integration that caused stuck or mismatched orders, time-consuming manual entry, a convoluted checkout that drove customers to phone orders, limited product data online, and a site that was difficult to update. To resolve this they turned to k-ecommerce.

k-ecommerce delivered a native SAP Business One–integrated B2B web sales portal with real-time ERP syncing, a streamlined one-page checkout, a multimedia product catalog and a user-friendly CMS. The implementation eliminated duplicate entries and failed transfers, made the site easy to manage, increased customer adoption, and — since the August 2019 launch — nearly doubled Toolway Industries’ previous order volume.
