k-ecommerce implemented an enterprise eCommerce engine (eSource B2B) with eCatalog, Online Billpay, Credit Card Extension and full Dynamics GP integration to enable streamlined online ordering, self-service checkout and order tracking. Within six months Oaktree Products’ revenue increased by 40%, 95% of online orders now go directly to picking and packing, customer-service order-entry time fell by about seven hours per week, and catalog printing costs were significantly reduced.
