Diba Imports, a multi-brand footwear distributor, faced a fragmented, error-prone ordering process—handwritten faxes and manual entry—and needed a flexible, multi-channel eCommerce solution that integrated with Microsoft Dynamics® GP and provided real-time updates. k-ecommerce implemented a unified multi-store solution fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics® GP, enabling distributors, retail customers and sales reps to view catalogs, place and track orders, and access invoices in real time. As a result orders now flow directly into Dynamics GP (eliminating manual data entry), improving productivity, inventory control and decision-making; Diba reports faster updates for reps and expects ongoing savings and revenue gains from the streamlined online ordering process.
