John R. White, a U.S. food and beverage distributor running Dynamics GP, needed a modern, industry‑tailored B2B ecommerce channel that would improve customer loyalty, eliminate repetitive manual data entry, and guarantee performance, scalability and security. k-ecommerce implemented a custom B2B web store with a quick‑order template, customer‑specific product listings/pricing, and native integration to Microsoft Dynamics GP, hosted on k-ecommerce’s high‑performance private cloud with annual PCI Level One Certification. The platform automated order processing and invoicing, eliminated manual order entry, reduced support calls, lowered costs and improved fulfillment—and helped John R. White surpass its first‑year ecommerce customer acquisition target (70 customers vs. a 60‑customer goal).
