Stahls’ Transfer Express, a leading North American apparel decoration company, faced growing transaction volume and the need to move off manual check processing into an online payment option that integrated with their Microsoft Dynamics GP environment. They engaged k-ecommerce and adopted its Integrated Payment solution (KIP) to give customers a simple online payment interface and to streamline their accounts receivable processes.

k-ecommerce implemented KIP to automate payment application, secure PCI DSS Level 1 processing, and speed large data synchronizations, allowing Stahls’ Transfer Express to scale without adding staff. In the first seven months they collected over 1,400 payments totaling nearly $1.2M—each payment applied correctly and deposited automatically—resulting in balanced customer accounts, reduced manual work for the accounting team, and faster reconciliation.
