Tomlinson’s, a local store in Austin, Texas, wanted to recreate the personalized in-store experience for online visitors and improve email marketing. Working with Fuel Made, the company looked for an on-brand lead capture approach that could collect the right zero-party data and build email and SMS databases, using Justuno with Klaviyo.

Justuno helped Tomlinson’s implement branded lead captures that asked visitors to choose a freebie and identify their pet type, then passed that data into Klaviyo for personalized welcome flows and product recommendations. The result was a 7.54% desktop opt-in rate, an 11.74% mobile opt-in rate, a 23% conversion rate from the email flow, and a 2x increase in engaged lists.
