Panties.com, led by CEO Lila Williams, wanted to grow revenue during the 2013 holiday season by rapidly expanding its email list and improving social engagement while reducing shopping cart abandonment. To do this they partnered with Justuno and deployed Justuno’s on-site Social Incentives pop-up offer to encourage visitors to join their mailing list in exchange for a promo code.
Justuno’s Social Incentives (integrated with Active Campaign for triggered follow-up emails) ran for 30 days and delivered clear results: 2,069 offer impressions, 481 email submissions (a 23% impression-to-acceptance rate), and growth from ~30 email subscribers/month to 481/month—about a 16X increase (roughly 1/day to 16/day). Justuno’s solution substantially accelerated list growth and increased opportunities for conversion through targeted triggered emails.
