Shady Rays, an independent sunglasses company founded in 2012, needed a better way to convert site visitors into customers while running a lean in-house marketing team. The company found it was difficult, especially for new visitors, to explain the brand and give shoppers a strong reason to buy.
With Justuno’s onsite conversion platform and professional services team, Shady Rays used A/B testing, targeted promotions, and Shopify Plus integration to improve onsite messaging and capture leads. The results included nearly 200,000 emails collected in six months, a 440% increase in engaged conversions, a 14% decrease in bounce rate, and an 8% reduction in engaged cart abandonment, while 16% of visitors were found to be more likely to convert if they engaged within the cart.
