A Justinmind Case Study
Justinmind partnered with Temple University’s Management Information Systems department as the school revamped its Digital Design course to close the gap between visual design and business requirements. The challenge was shifting students away from designing surface-level solutions toward understanding clients’ goals and processes so they could define meaningful, feasible digital products.
The solution was to make Justinmind an integral, hands-on part of the syllabus—introduced early with lab time, peer-led learning and iterative, high‑fidelity prototyping that supports dynamic panels and real data. Students produced interactive prototypes for real clients (notably a Forgotten Philadelphia app that Temple University Press is now developing), improving client communication, boosting student mastery of business analysis, and increasing adoption of advanced prototyping techniques across the program.
