Endicia, a provider of online postage and shipping solutions, hired Long Pan as its sole UX/UI designer to lead website and mobile app design. Faced with the need for responsive, high‑fidelity interactions and clear stakeholder communication, Long found his old workflow (sketches → Fireworks → PowerPoint/Flash) and other prototyping tools lacking the interaction depth required for the new site.

Long adopted Justinmind, learning it via tutorials and hands‑on use, to build no‑code yet sophisticated prototypes with responsive layouts, reusable widgets, and an events/expression system for custom behaviors. The result was faster wireframes-to‑hi‑fi flows, clearer stakeholder and developer feedback through sharing/comments, measurable time savings, and a successful, interaction‑rich responsive site and mobile app—while preserving the option to export specs for traditional handoffs.
