Systems Evolution (SEI), a boutique digital-innovation consultancy in Washington, DC, was asked to design the customer experience for a mobile access app that would manage nearly 50,000 guests for JPMorgan Chase’s Chase Lounge at the US Open. Working through partner Event Farm, SEI faced a tight deadline, a diverse group of stakeholders (marketing, legal, branding agencies, the U.S. Tennis Association, venue managers) and a distributed team spanning multiple time zones.
SEI used Justinmind for real‑time, omnichannel prototyping—leveraging built‑in iOS/UI kits and collaborative sessions—to iterate designs with stakeholders on the spot. The approach accelerated decision‑making, boosted stakeholder buy‑in, reduced travel and costs, and delivered a better, technology‑agnostic experience faster, avoiding late-stage rework.
