Fogora, the Montreal-based food service scheduling platform co-founded by Ben Melchionno, needed a better way to design and validate its product while staying true to lean startup principles. Using Justinmind as its primary prototyping tool, Fogora aimed to improve customer experience and solve staffing and scheduling challenges for food service businesses.

Justinmind helped Fogora build richer, more realistic prototypes, use dynamic panels and UI libraries to speed up design, and test and iterate ideas with customers before development. The result was stronger customer engagement and feedback, with potential clients so impressed by the prototypes that some asked to sign up the following week.
