Scytl, a leader in secure election management, tasked UX lead and Product Owner Judit Casacuberta Bagó with designing and validating user experiences for very different audiences—external clients and internal teams—while handling complex workflows like election setup and voter-data import, keeping to visual guidelines, and ensuring smooth handoffs to development.

Judit used Justinmind to move from paper sketches to interactive prototypes, using its Events system to recreate real workflows, co-design sessions and HTML exports for user testing (with Morae) and client feedback, and reusable UI libraries to standardize assets. The approach sped up iteration, improved stakeholder alignment and usability validation, and produced cleaner deliverables for developers, reducing risk and accelerating delivery.
