Ada County Highway District Leverages the JustFOIA Training Center

Ada County Highway District (ACHD), the only countywide highway district in Idaho, needed a better way to manage public records requests. Before working with JustFOIA, the team relied on hand-routing, faxing, and wet-ink signatures, which caused requests to get lost, sent to the wrong department, or delayed beyond their three-day response requirement.

JustFOIA implemented its FOIA software solution with a built-in Training Center to help ACHD streamline onboarding and day-to-day use across 143 users in 34 departments. The result was a much more productive, smoother process with less burden on IT and fewer training needs, helping ACHD handle about 31 public records requests per month more efficiently.
