CapitalRise, a property investing platform, wanted a secure crowdfunding website that would let investors access institutional-grade real estate opportunities directly. JustCoded delivered a user-friendly crowdfunding site with automated KYC/AML checks, a digital admin back office, regular quarterly payment schedules, REST API integration, online PDF generation, and other supporting features. The platform also highlighted key investor information such as no investor fees and returns of 10-18% per year, while CapitalRise said JustCoded’s team was reliable and felt like an extension of its own team.
