Outsourcing Ongoing MPI Management Ensures Data Integrity and Enables Effective Health Information Exchange for Jefferson Radiology

Jefferson Radiology, the largest private radiology practice in Connecticut, handles roughly 1 million patient records a year across 10 offices and seven hospital affiliations. Concerned that duplicate and overlaid records in its Master Patient Index (MPI) could jeopardize patient safety, privacy and a planned RIS migration, Jefferson engaged Just Associates and its IDManage® service to assess and remediate MPI issues.

Just Associates performed an MPI analysis and cleanup and now provides ongoing outsourced MPI management through IDManage®, combining around‑the‑clock expert monitoring, remote validation/merge workflows and two‑tier quality assurance.
