City Relay, a London-based property management company operating across three locations with 50+ employees, struggled to manage a growing variety of short-let, tenancy and HR contracts in different formats and platforms. Generating and sending contracts took around 15 minutes, slowed down onboarding and sales meetings, and they needed a mobile-friendly, scalable solution — so they adopted Juro’s contract management/collaboration platform in 2018.

Juro centralised City Relay’s templates, added collaborative comments, mobile signing and a Slack integration, cutting contract generation from 15 minutes to 2–3 minutes (about 87% faster). Usage has doubled since rollout, with 72 templates across two teams and 465 contracts created in a year, faster onboarding and smoother negotiations — results City Relay attributes directly to Juro.
