How SaleCycle saves nine working days on contracts every month with Juro

SaleCycle, a behavioural marketing SaaS company serving brands like Stella McCartney, TAP Portugal, and Legoland, was struggling with a fragmented, manual contract process. With a one-person legal team and more than 650 contracts a year, contracts were bouncing across five different tools, leaving little visibility or control. The result was slow turnaround times, extra work for sales and commercial teams, and pressure to keep growing without hiring more legal staff.

Juro gave SaleCycle a single platform for creating, approving, signing, storing, and tracking contracts, with self-serve workflows and a Salesforce integration that lets contracts be generated directly from CRM data. Juro also helped SaleCycle centralize approvals and improve oversight, replacing five systems with one. The impact was substantial: contract creation time fell from around 90 minutes to 5–10 minutes, saving 88% of time, about 72 hours per month, or nine working days, and avoiding the need to hire another FTE.
