Funnel, a fast-growing SaaS platform for marketing teams headquartered in Stockholm, faced a bottleneck as it scaled from ~90 to 300+ employees: every customer contract required legal review and the CCO’s signature, using Word, PDF and email across a 15-step process. To remove this friction and enable sales to self-serve while retaining legal control, Funnel chose Juro’s contract automation platform.
Funnel implemented Juro in February 2020, connecting it to HubSpot, Slack and Google Drive to create templated self-serve contracts, approval workflows, a single contract repository and automated notifications. With Juro, legal review of standard customer contracts fell from 100% to 12% and Funnel eliminated over 8,000 manual contract touchpoints in 2021, while gaining real‑time visibility, renewal tracking and faster deal execution.
