Wolt, the Helsinki-founded app-driven food delivery business connecting over 1m users with 3,000+ restaurants across 14 countries, needed a faster, more scalable way to onboard restaurant partners. Its 40 non-lawyer sales managers were slowed by a Word-based workflow and an inflexible e-signing tool that made each contract take up to 15 minutes. Juro implemented a unified contract workspace with built-in verification, direct sharing links and an intuitive UI that non-legal staff could adopt quickly. The change cut end-to-end contract time from ~15 minutes to 5 minutes (≈60% saving), helped Wolt scale to 3,000+ restaurant partners, and grew Juro users at Wolt from 2 users in 2017 to 40 across 10 markets by end-2018 (with plans for ~90 in 2019).
