Expo Pass, an event technology platform for conferences and trade shows, needed a more scalable contract workflow as it grew from a handful of employees to 50+. Its previous file-centric process using an eSignature tool and manual PDFs was time-consuming, looked unprofessional, and made it harder to control edits and protect contract integrity. The company wanted a user-friendly contract management system with rapid sign-off and a Salesforce integration.

Expo Pass implemented Juro in 2018 to manage the full contract lifecycle in one platform, using its Salesforce integration to automate variable data, apply editing guardrails, and keep contracts trackable from draft to signature. The result was faster contracting, a better experience for counterparties, and a system the team considers business-critical; Expo Pass says it would be a terrible experience to switch away from Juro.
