RVU, the group behind comparison brands such as Uswitch, Money.co.uk and Bankrate, faced a fragmented, manual contracting process after several acquisitions: teams relied on Word templates, lengthy email negotiations, and pen-and-scan signing, which slowed time-to-sign and made version control and a single source of truth impossible. To solve this, RVU engaged Juro and adopted its contract collaboration platform to bring consistency and self-serve capabilities to low-value, high-volume agreements.

Juro was rolled out in 2019 starting with NDAs and quickly expanded to order forms, recruitment and freelance agreements, creating a central system of record and empowering non-legal teams to self-serve. The implementation cut friction and negotiation time, freed up to 30% of legal’s time, saved the two-person legal team up to three working days per week, and reduced risk by ensuring standard terms and correct signatories — all delivered through Juro’s unified workspace.
