Castle Park Investments, LLC is a New York-based real estate investment firm focused on niche opportunities in manufactured housing, RV resorts, and campgrounds. As a startup with a small team, Castle Park needed a way to grow its capital source and deal-sourcing platform while streamlining time-consuming fundraising and administrative work. To do that, it turned to Juniper Square and its easy-to-use fundraising and investment management tools.

With Juniper Square, Castle Park was able to simplify investor communications, document handling, and other back-office tasks so the team could focus on raising capital and finding deals. The results were strong: Castle Park raised $37 million in its first six months, surpassed its original $30 million goal, and became one of Juniper Square’s 25 most successful fundraisers in 2021. The firm also reported that about 70% of the fund was deployed in market, with more than $100 million in managed assets and 50 investors.
