BGO, a leading global real estate investment management advisor and real estate services provider, had grown into a complex environment of seven separate investor portals, each with different user experiences and some managed by third-party administrators. This created a fragmented LP experience and operational inefficiencies, prompting BGO to look for a single, unified investor portal. Juniper Square’s digital partnership platform was selected to help consolidate and modernize this experience.

Juniper Square consolidated BGO’s seven disparate systems into one central portal, integrating more than 400,000 documents, 4,000 investor accounts, and 9,000 individual contacts into a single source of truth. The project also unified 326 investment vehicles across 40 parent strategies without disrupting fund accounting or reporting, giving BGO one global investor relations team and a more efficient, secure, and interactive investor experience.
