UST Global Accelerates Digital Transformation for The Global 1000 with a Cloud-Grade Network

UST Global, a digital-transformation services provider with more than 18,000 associates and operations in 20+ countries, needed a cloud‑grade global network to support rapid growth, new verticals, and high‑performance IT service delivery from its new Trivandrum campus and dozens of delivery centers. The challenge was to create a highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supported demanding applications (VDI, voice, HD video) while keeping operations simple and future-proofing for expansion.

UST deployed Juniper solutions across its data centers, campus, and WAN—SRX5400 firewalls, MX960 and MX5 routers, QFX5100 spine switches and EX4300 access switches—using Virtual Chassis Fabric and Junos OS to simplify management and ensure low latency and high availability. The result: improved operational and capital efficiencies, predictable performance for critical applications, higher user and client satisfaction, a lean operations team (three staff run the global network), and a platform ready for further automation and new cloud services.
