OGD IT Services is a Dutch IT provider (five offices, ~800 staff) specializing in infrastructure, service management and software development. To differentiate in a competitive market it needed a scalable, multitenant IaaS and a self-service model that cut provisioning time from months to hours while giving customers more flexibility.

OGD implemented a VMware NSX-based IaaS with Juniper QFX5100 switches and SRX gateways in a pod-based MetaFabric design, enabling seamless physical–virtual integration and a customer self-service portal. The solution sped delivery to hours, supported customers with 50,000+ end users, fostered tighter ops/dev collaboration, and is on track to deliver full ROI within three years.
