BancABC Makes Seven-Fold Network Performance Improvement with Juniper at its Core

BancABC, a sub‑Saharan banking group, faced rapid growth and a move to a largely virtualized (≈98%) business model that strained its storage and network infrastructure. The bank needed a high‑throughput, low‑latency network capable of supporting a new enterprise storage solution, 10GbE backbone capacity, sub‑30µs failover, single‑point management, and easy scalability while reducing operational complexity.

BancABC chose Juniper, deploying SRX650 gateways, QFX3500 switches and Junos Space for centralized management with a planned upgrade path to QFabric.
