Deux par Deux, a Montreal-based children's clothing brand, was struggling to collect customer reviews, especially those containing photos or videos, using their previous vendor Yotpo. The long, in-email review forms were not optimized for mobile devices and the inability to segment review requests by language created a poor experience for their French-speaking customers. This challenge was impacting their ability to build trust with potential new customers.
The brand switched to Junip, which provided a mobile-first review form designed for an easy and fast submission process. The Junip team also handled the migration and integrated segmented email flows for English and French speakers. As a result, Deux par Deux collected over 1,500 reviews with a 4.89 average rating and saw 25% of their reviews include media. Most significantly, their on-site conversion rate increased from 1.51% to 2.21% after implementing Junip.
