Revv, an Indian self-drive car rental platform, partnered with JungleWorks to build a booking experience that would keep pricing and policies transparent while reducing friction for customers. The challenge was to support identity verification, driver credential checks, accurate car delivery tracking, and real-time fleet visibility across the platform.

JungleWorks delivered an end-to-end solution using customer, valet, and platform management apps, including real-time booking, tracking, payments, reviews, and a central nerve center for live car visibility. The result was strong traction after launch in Q3 2014, with Revv expanding to 4 cities, enabling instant bookings, rescheduling and cancellations, faster refunds through a wallet, clearer delivery checklists, and fully in-app payments that removed manual cash handling.
