MiniLuxe - Customer Case Study

MiniLuxe, a growing beauty salon chain, needed a robust technology architecture to manage bookings and turn appointment data into actionable insights. Working with Jungleworks, MiniLuxe’s main challenges were reducing customer no‑shows by moving away from in‑person booking to a more engaging booking flow and matching customers with their preferred technicians to deliver a personalized in‑salon experience.

Jungleworks implemented and manages the end‑to‑end technology stack—customer and technician mobile apps plus an admin panel—featuring synced calendar scheduling, technician matching/tracking, and a back‑end data‑mining system. As a result, MiniLuxe gained real‑time tracking of revenue, gratuity, bookings and technician logins, waiting times for customers and technicians have been drastically reduced, and the mobile app was scheduled to launch in Q2'16, enabling better business decisions from the collected data.
