How TATA Qmin Scaled Smarter with Yelo

TATA Qmin, the luxury food-delivery arm of Tata Digital, faced scaling and UX limitations with its previous platform and needed a specialized solution to grow its premium restaurant network. To solve this, TATA Qmin adopted the Yelo Platform from Jungleworks, giving them a ready-made, food-delivery focused stack to improve ordering, reliability and user experience.

Jungleworks implemented Yelo with key integrations (Juspay, Qwikcilver, Neu login/Neu Coin, Shadowfax, Tookan, Shawman POS) to cut development costs, streamline hotel onboarding and automate operations. The result: TATA Qmin now integrates 50–60 luxury hotels, grew orders from 30K in 2023 to 36K YTD in 2024, and projects 80K orders in 2025 and 200K by 2027 while targeting at least 80 more hotels next year—demonstrating faster deployment, lower operating cost and stronger customer retention.
