HelloDhobi, a Maharashtra-based on-demand door-to-door laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning service, faced growing operational challenges around manual scheduling and dispatch, lack of real-time field workforce tracking, and no way for customers to track order status. To address these issues they partnered with Jungleworks and adopted Jungleworks’ delivery management product, Tookan.

Jungleworks implemented Tookan via API integration, enabling auto-assignment of tasks, real-time driver tracking, customer notifications, bulk task uploads and route optimization. As a result, HelloDhobi reduced manual effort and idle capacity, improved pickup/delivery transparency, and achieved a 40% increase in new users and a 30% increase in existing users purchasing subscriptions.
