Green Guyz Collective is an Oakland-based cannabis delivery company founded in 2017 that needed to streamline ordering, reduce delivery costs, shorten fulfillment times and improve tracking as it scaled. They partnered with Jungleworks, deploying Jungleworks' Yelo marketplace to onboard and inform customers and Tookan for delivery management and real-time tracking.

Jungleworks implemented Yelo for the online storefront, Tookan’s delivery platform (agent app and admin portal) with Google Maps API routing to optimize routes and manage the delivery lifecycle. As a result, Green Guyz Collective increased orders from 10 to 35–40 per day within two weeks, cut delivery costs by over 50%, reduced order fulfillment time by 40% and significantly lowered delivery errors while enabling real-time customer tracking.
