Go AutoPoint, a subsidiary of Abdul Latif Jameel and the largest distributor in Saudi Arabia, needed an on-demand car service platform that made it simple for customers to book appointments based on service-center availability, choose from multiple service categories, automate invoicing, and resolve customer grievances. Jungleworks supported Go AutoPoint with its Yelo customer app to address these challenges.
Jungleworks implemented the Yelo app with reverse geocoding for location-based navigation, categorical service listings for easy selection, automatic invoice generation (email/SMS) and revenue reporting, and an integrated chat support system plus an admin dashboard for ratings and feedback. As a result, Go AutoPoint streamlined bookings, eliminated paper invoicing while enabling custom-period revenue reports, improved customer query resolution and satisfaction, and gained faster insight into customer feedback—all delivered through Jungleworks’ solution.
