Capital One, one of the largest U.S. banks, partnered with Jungleworks to launch "ATM on Wheels," an on‑demand mobile ATM app (available on Google Play and the App Store) that brings ATMs to customers’ locations. The project faced strict challenges around transaction privacy and encryption, efficient real‑time matching of customers to ATM truck drivers (including handling simultaneous requests), and restricting deposit functionality to Capital One 360 account holders while keeping withdrawals broadly available.

Jungleworks delivered an intuitive, secure platform with in‑app encrypted communication, driver views limited to requester names, instant booking with a visible queue system for simultaneous requests, route optimization and live tracking. As a result, Capital One saw a drastic increase in ATM transactions from Capital One 360 users, faster driver response times, fewer canceled requests thanks to transparent ETAs, and improved customer ability to pay at cash‑only locations without extra card fees — all enabled by Jungleworks’ solution.
