Xplore (part of Klub Group Ltd) faced rapid growth and needed a single central system to manage customer data, sales, marketing and financial reporting across multiple products and offices. After unsuccessful attempts with bespoke builds, Xplore selected Junari and its JunariCRM+ solution to provide an all-encompassing CRM that would communicate with Operations and sustain quality as the business scaled.
Junari worked collaboratively to understand Xplore’s needs and configured JunariCRM+ to handle the full sales and marketing lifecycle, integrate with operations, and deliver reliable, up-to-date reports. The Junari implementation improved continuity of delivery, produced more efficient and logical workflows, and restored confidence in reporting and process quality, with plans to extend JunariCRM+ across more Klub Group products.
