Synergy Research, a market‑research firm serving pharmaceutical clients, faced mounting complexity from highly bespoke, ad‑hoc projects while relying on paper records and cumbersome Excel spreadsheets. To modernize scheduling, interviewer availability and project tracking they engaged Junari to deliver a bespoke project‑management and scheduling platform.

Junari built a custom calendar and interviewer‑availability scheduler, a project management tool with attachable templates/scripts, and an external portal for third‑party recruiters, then provided training and hosted per‑user licensing. The result was a centralised, paperless, searchable project archive, streamlined workflows (replacing staff members’ three separate calendars), clearer task tracking, reduced duplicated effort and faster onboarding — tangible efficiency and visibility gains credited to Junari.
