Youth Ministries - Customer Case Study

JumpGrowth worked with Youth Ministries, the Southeastern California Conference of SDA church, to create a mobile directory app that would help users find officials, churches, ministries, schools, and other branches across the country. The organization needed a better way to reach patrons and make it easier to navigate its directory from a mobile device.

JumpGrowth designed and developed the Youth Directory Android app with data imported from the existing directory database, plus a web interface for CSV uploads, login authentication for staff, email-based update workflows, and Firebase integration for authentication and data retrieval. The result was a usable mobile app for directory listing and navigation that streamlined information updates and improved access for members, though no specific quantitative impact was provided.
