Yesware Masters Identity-as-a-Service with JumpCloud’s Directory-as-a-ServiceTM

Yesware, a Boston-based sales software company with about 80 employees, needed a secure and compliant way to manage users and devices across Macs, Windows machines, remote workers, and nearly 50 SaaS applications. With a small IT team and limited on-premises infrastructure, Yesware turned to JumpCloud’s Directory-as-a-Service to replace manual, fragmented identity management.

JumpCloud became Yesware’s system of record for identity, importing users from Google Apps and automatically provisioning accounts to Google, employee devices, and other SaaS platforms. The result was faster onboarding and offboarding, streamlined and auditable employee exits, and better control over Macs and remote users, helping Yesware improve security, efficiency, and compliance with SSAE SOC 2.
