Pulselive, a UK-based digital media sports technology company, was scaling quickly across multiple offices and countries while relying on a small IT team. With mostly Mac devices and some Windows and Linux systems, the company needed a centralized way to manage user identities, resource access, and devices. JumpCloud provided the cloud directory platform Pulselive was looking for to replace manual, fragmented IT management.

Using JumpCloud, Pulselive centralized device and identity management in one console, rolled out policies for security settings, integrated with Google Workspace and AWS, and set up LDAP and RADIUS for internal resources and WiFi access. The result was a much simpler, more scalable IT operation that supported growth securely, reduced complexity for its sole IT admin, and made onboarding, offboarding, and compliance easier to manage.
