Ooyala Goes Global With Cloud-Based Control of LDAP & RADIUS

Ooyala, a global OTT video software and services provider with nine offices and remote workers, needed a better way to manage authentication across its distributed workforce. Its on-prem RADIUS and OpenLDAP setup was inefficient and hard to manage, especially for traveling employees and office-by-office access control, so the company looked for a cloud-based identity solution from JumpCloud.
