FullContact, a provider of connected address book solutions, faced significant challenges as it rapidly grew its employee base. With a decentralized, cloud-forward IT environment, the manual process for onboarding new hires and managing user access to over 100 SaaS applications and AWS infrastructure became inefficient and posed a serious security risk. JumpCloud’s Directory-as-a-Service provided the solution, acting as a cloud-based single source of truth for employee identities. The product integrated seamlessly with FullContact's existing SSO provider and AWS instances, automating user provisioning and de-provisioning. This gave the IT team a one-stop-shop to manage access, improved security, and provided a scalable framework that supported the company’s continued growth, all while leveraging JumpCloud’s REST API for further customizations.
