Cabify - Customer Case Study

Cabify, a fast-growing transportation network company with 1,500 users across 12 countries and 30+ offices, needed a way to secure user access and centralize IT management while staying 100% cloud-based. As Cabify scaled rapidly and relied on a mix of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, its small IT team struggled with fragmented user management and the limitations of older directory tools. JumpCloud Directory-as-a-Service was selected to help solve this challenge.

Using JumpCloud, Cabify began centralizing user accounts, managing systems, integrating G Suite, and connecting applications such as Tableau through SAML, with plans to expand into RADIUS, Salesforce, and HR integrations. JumpCloud also helped Cabify move users away from local accounts and enforce stronger password standards, improving security and making remote administration easier for its seven-person IT team. The company also noted that non-IT staff could handle some onboarding tasks themselves, reducing IT workload.
