Augeo FI, a financial leader in the credit and debit card rewards space, needed to modernize its IT environment after being acquired by Lightyear Capital. With a mix of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems plus legacy Active Directory and Centrify tooling, the company wanted a cloud-forward, centralized way to manage identity, access, and authentication across systems, apps, VPN, and WiFi. JumpCloud Directory-as-a-Service was chosen as the vendor and platform to help solve these challenges.

JumpCloud implemented centralized user and device management for Augeo FI across systems, applications, RADIUS WiFi, OpenVPN, and planned AWS resources. The result was faster onboarding, with new hires provisioned in a couple of hours instead of two weeks, and a dramatic drop in password reset tickets from about 10 hours per week and 100 tickets every two weeks to about 15 minutes per week and roughly one ticket a month. JumpCloud also helped Augeo FI eliminate about $100,000 in annual Microsoft infrastructure licensing, simplify PCI audits, and strengthen security through MFA, lockouts, and centralized account suspension.
