RTVE, Spain’s largest audiovisual group and the world’s largest Spanish-language radio and TV content provider, needed a way to make vast amounts of untagged and non-discoverable content searchable and useful. JUMP provided its Deep Tagging solution to help RTVE improve content discovery, recommendations, and the voice assistant experience.

JUMP implemented an AI-based tagging platform combining object recognition, speech to text, NLP, LDA, emotion analysis, and character recognition. The solution delivers high-quality tagging for video, audio, and text content through integrated modules and an API, giving RTVE a more discoverable catalog and better content management, though no specific quantitative results were provided.
