PureFlix, the worldwide leader in faith and family-friendly streaming, wanted to personalize its content more effectively to improve engagement and retention, but it lacked an AI-driven recommendation engine, had no way to track recommendation performance, and struggled to understand subscriber behavior or run targeted campaigns. JUMP stepped in with its Personalizer and Insights products to help address these challenges.

JUMP implemented JUMP Personalizer to deliver contextual and similarity-based content recommendations, including cold-start recommendations for new users, and JUMP Insights to unify data, provide daily dashboards, and add churn prediction and audience clustering. As a result, PureFlix gained better visibility into performance and user behavior, and JUMP helped show that reducing churn by 1% from 11% to 10% could prevent $1,687,483.97 in annual recurring revenue loss in April 2023.
