M7 Group, the Luxembourg-based pay-TV operator owned by Canal+ Group, needed a better way to unify data across its eight brands and eight countries. With information dispersed across countries, inconsistent KPI naming, and complex manual reporting processes, M7 struggled to get a clear view of performance and make timely decisions around retention, acquisition, content, marketing, and finance. It turned to JUMP and its data-driven video platform, including JUMP Data Unity and JUMP Lakehouse, to build a consistent data strategy and single source of truth.
JUMP implemented unified data repositories, daily JUMP Insights dashboards, finance KPIs, subscriber segmentation, marketing connectors, and JUMP Predictions for churn, QoE, customer care, and financial forecasting. This gave M7 automated, flexible reporting, better visibility into customer movements and package performance, and more targeted retention and campaign actions. As a result, M7 improved decision-making, reduced churn, increased marketing effectiveness and CLTV, and gained access to a daily unified view of more than three million subscribers and over 10T of data computation.
