Hallmark Movies Now, the subscription video on demand service, wanted to better understand subscriber behavior, increase engagement and retention, and deliver more accurate recommendations tailored to viewing habits. To do that, they turned to JUMP and its Personalizer & Insights solution, aiming to overcome the lack of an AI/ML-powered recommendation engine, limited behavioral visibility, and the inability to launch targeted recommendation campaigns.

JUMP implemented highly personalized, contextual content recommendations and performance analysis to track how recommendations were performing across devices, time of day, and viewing patterns. The results included 66.3% personalization reach, active viewing of recommendations, and a 287% increase in consumption based on recommendations, with recommended content driving 2:50 hours watched for every 1 hour of organic viewing.
