WeWork, a global workspace platform serving more than 100,000 members across over 100 locations, needed a scalable way to verify member identities to maintain security and trust in shared facilities. Their prior manual process—community managers checking IDs and taking photos at each of roughly 115 locations—caused delays, was error-prone, and couldn’t keep up with growth.

WeWork implemented Jumio’s Netverify TIaaS within its app so members complete a self-guided ID capture and facial biometric check to activate their access keycard. The automated flow now processes over 5,000 verifications per month, speeding onboarding, improving accuracy and scalability, and strengthening security and trust across WeWork’s global network.
